George
H. Sands
Founder and Partner |
Mr. Sands founded Hillton Realty Company in 1952 after selling
his accounting firm started six (6) years earlier. He developed
the various strategies, which continue today, that have led
to the success of the company over the last five decades.
Jeffrey H. Sands is a partner in Hilton Realty Company joining
the company in 1983 after receiving his accounting and law degrees.
He is involved in all aspects of the operations of the company
and manages its day to day affairs.
Garey
N. Maietta, Esquire
General Counsel |
Garey, as general counsel with seventeen (17) years of real
estate law experience, has a full range of responsibilities
in commercial real estate law including the preparation and
negotiation of office and retail leases and related documentation,
contracts for sale and acquisition of real estate and general
corporate law. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and
Pennsylvania.
Joseph
R. Cantara
Controller |
Joe has been Hilton Realty's controller and office manager since
1982. He oversees the accounting department and works closely
with Hilton's various departments and accounting firm.
Mark
P. Hill
Executive Director of Leasing |
With
twenty-five (25) years of experience in the real estate field,
Mark joined Hilton Realty in 1984. Mark and his assistant director
of leasing, Jon Brush, are responsible for the leasing of the
company's office and retail portfolio in New Jersey and for
locating suitable properties for purchase by Hilton Realty Company.
Robert
C. Bushar, P.E. , P.P.
Engineer |
Bob coordinates Hilton's pre-development activities, including
preparation of site plans, engineering reports and permit applications
for land development approvals. He assists in the evaluation
of new property acquisitions.
Tom
Ortman, Mel Boyd and Bob Parry
Property Managers |
Hilton's three main property managers
are Tom Ortman, Mel Boyd and Bob Parry who collectively have
been with Hilton Realty Company over 45 years. Tom is responsible
for the apartment division, while Mel and Bob oversee Hilton's
commercial properties located in New Jersey. The three have
approximately 75 associates that work with them in managing
the various properties.
